Support services provided will depend upon their individual circumstances. Please note, we do not provide any personal care. Over the years we have helped people develop friendships, improve and maintain their homes, personal fitness and explore new opportunities. Please enquire if you know of somebody who may benefit, subject to support packages being in place.
This is a specific project funded by the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities via Somerset West and Taunton local authority.
The aim of this project is simple. It is to house former rough sleepers with a proper tenancy agreement and rehabilitation support, specifically with a focus on education, volunteering and employment. With an ultimate aim of them moving on in a realistic time period, dependant on individual circumstances and progression. Subject to funding, this type of provision is available to any individual considered vulnerable.
An activity led social club that runs 3 days per week (9:30am – 3:30pm) for anyone who wants to get out, meet other people, make new friends, chat, socialise and laugh.
