An easy walk from the railway station, public transport and conveniently located parking. Our bright, accessible rooms can host from 2 people up to 100, with flexible layouts for anything from quiet therapy sessions to lively workshops. 

We provide high-speed broadband, Audio Visual screens, a PA system, Electronic whiteboards, flipcharts, and refreshments — plus the option of freshly prepared buffets from our on-site kitchen or making use of our on-site Café. 

Whether you need a regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly bookings or simply a one-off occasional meeting, our friendly team is on hand to ensure things run smoothly.
We work with charities, training providers, businesses, public services and local community groups.

Catering and Refreshments

    A small selection of tea and coffee plus chilled water is provided free-of-charge on a self-serve basis.
    Dairy and soya milk only is provided. If alternatives are required delegates are advised to bring their own.
    A wider range of Fresh Bean to Cup Coffee and Loose Leaf Fresh Brew Tea is available in The Meeting Place Cafe
    A range of buffets to suit all dietary preferences and budgets are available. Or we can work with you to meet your requirements. 
    Sandwiches, paninis, jacket potatoes, salads and others plus cold drinks are available to order from our Meeting Place Cafe
    With the exception of dietary needs, we now operate an ‘only food purchased on the premises, to be consumed on the premises’ policy

Delegates can either pay separately or lunch costs can be added to the hirer's invoice.
