Conference and Meeting Rooms

Bright airy rooms, great food and near the town centre. An easy walk from the railway station, public transport and conveniently located parking.

Our venue is fully accessible, with high speed broadband and seating for up to 200 guests (depending on layout). There is a new garden area which is a friendly area for a breath of fresh air during meeting breaks.

Laptop, screen, projector, flipcharts are all available to hire should they be needed. Less than a five minute walk from the Railway Station for those travelling from further afield.

Whether you are looking for a regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly place to meet or are holding a one-off event, we have rooms available that can accommodate your needs. There are a whole range of different social and community groups who use the facilities here. If you are not familiar with the Albemarle, you are welcome to call in for a tour.

Catering and Refreshments

    A small selection of tea and coffee plus chilled water is provided free-of-charge on a self-serve basis.
    Dairy and soya milk only is provided. If alternatives are required delegates are advised to bring their own.
    A wider range of Fresh Bean to Cup Coffee and Loose Leaf Fresh Brew Tea is available in reception (additional cost)
    Buffets, for the time being, are not available
    Sandwiches, baguettes, paninis, jacket potatoes, salads and other plus cold drinks are available to order
    With the exception of dietary needs, we now operate a strict ‘only food purchased on the premises, to be consumed on the premises’ policy’

Delegates can either pay separately or lunch costs can be added to the hirer's invoice.
