Support

Practical, person-led support for people who want to live more independently.
Our Community Support Service helps adults with learning disabilities or mental health needs to build confidence, develop life and social skills. Whether they live in one of our supported flats or elsewhere in the local community. We don’t provide personal care, but we do provide high-quality, structured support that makes a real difference. This might include help with shopping, attending appointments, exploring new interests, getting involved locally, improving wellbeing, or simply enjoying company and conversation.Support is always tailored to individual goals and can be delivered one-to-one or in small groups.Over the years, we’ve helped people strengthen friendships, take control of their homes, encourage healthy living and explore new opportunities. We're here to help people do more of what matters — at their own pace, in their own way.
If you know someone who may benefit, please get in touch. All support has to provided through agreed funded packages.

Just a few examples of what can do in support sessions including baking, visiting museums, climbing Glastonbury Tor and Jacobs Ladder, playing crazy golf. This list goes on ....
